Ayurveda is the science of life inspired and based on an ancient medical treatise summarizing the Hindu art of healing and prolonging life. It is said that the demigod 'Dhanvantari' who came out holding a golden pot of from the churning of ocean that took place between the demons and gods is the father of Ayurveda.

AyurvedicTreatment is prescribed by an Ayurvedic doctor or a practitioner only after a thorough examination of the 'patient's health, family, mental state, physical symptoms as well as lifestyle. Ayurveda views symptoms of disease as the body's normal way of communicating disharmony.

Ayurvedic treatments for prevention and treatment of disease are done by using a variety of techniques, incorporating nutrition, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, massage, and meditation to restore the persons perfect balance. Which is why, Ayurveda along with other alternative medicine forms is catching on very fast in the west. Ayurveda is known to place an emphasis on not only gaining good health but also maintaining it. The science of Ayurveda has proved to be a solution to many ailments ranging from indigestion to cancer.

that was really nice to read that.. that was really great information about that.. that was really great post.. Thanks for explaining . Nice written and explains all that. i try using Ayurvedic treatment that does help a lot
