The Ayurveda UK clinic provides courses at various level:
Ayurveda UK was founded by Danny Cavanagh and Carol Willis. They trained as Ayurvedic Panchakarma technicians at the Maharishi University of Valkenburg in Holland in 1993. They later studied with Dr Vacant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, Dr David Frawley of the American Institute of Vedic Studies and Atreya Smith of the European Institute of Vedic Studies.
They established the UK’s first fully residential Ayurvedic clinic at Oak Hall in Bournemouth in 1997 and later the Ayurvedic wing at Hoar Cross Hall Health Spa. They set up a smaller, more intimate-style, therapy retreat in Tutbury, Staffordshire in 2000. They specialise in detoxification, revitalisation and rejuvenation programs but also provide an exclusive 'Home Visit' service for their clients in London, Monaco, Kiev, Tbilisi, Tel Aviv, New York and Los Angeles. Over the last fifteen years they have treated thousands of clients from a diverse range of professional backgrounds, including members of the British Royal Family. Danny and Carol have been training small groups of students from around the world at their Tutbury clinic for the last ten years.
They’ve even had students from as far a field as New Zealand!

In addition to what Katie W recommends, take a look at the numbers for each course. 100 level courses are introductory. 200 level courses assume some familiarity in the subject, and may require you to have taken some 100 level courses first (or their equivalent). 300 and 400 level courses are upper-level, and anything above that is graduate. You should also keep in mind what subjects you do best in, but try to strike a balance; even if you're good at science, you don't want five different problem sets and lab reports all due at the same time. Bear in mind your university's general graduation requirements as well.
