My suggestion is that, for a list of foods doshas (see below), so that when you check out recipes for you to know can change your dosha (for example, if you are a Kapha or trying to lose weight know that the recipes include the 3 tablespoons oil or ghee should be limited to a tl, if you have a recipe calls for Pitta and ginger and chilli, ignore them or replace the coriander and fennel, if you are Vata and the recipe calls for raw cabbage and cauliflower, you have to cook or steam them).

The key ingredient, saffron, is considered a royal spice in Ayurveda, the oldest documented body of holistic medical knowledge, with a system of plant oils and herbs originating in India over 6,000 years ago. Saffron saturates the skin to give it a natural golden glow. Lotus, sandalwood, and vetiver plump the skin, diminishing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while extracts of Indian Madder and Banyan tree lighten the appearance of brown spots caused by acne scarring, the sun or aging.
