I need to increase my Kapha and I've been looking for selecting the right ingredients / foods to follow my diet. This is what I found:
Fruits: Cranberries, Dates, raw Figs, Grapes, Limes, Melons, Oranges, Papaya, Peaches, Plums, and Tangerines.
Vegetables: . Root Vegetables tend to be more Kapha. Artichokes, Avocados, Beets, Cucumber, Winter Squash, Sweet Potatoes, and Yams, and raw Tomatoes.
