Nadi Vignan

Hi,
I've heard that all people can learn pulse analysis and practice it daily on themselves in order to gain a better understanding of their own physiology and its changes under various circumstances.
I really want to learn how to do it. So:
1- is it really possible to learn how to do your own Nadi Vignan?
2- more difficult, where could you learn it (here in NZ...?)

NASYA KARMA ( Thearapeutic cleansing of the head and neck): This poocedure purges and rejuvenates the tissues and organs of the head and neck. It introduces medicated oils and powders into the nose, the nearest access and outlet to the organs of the head. Nasya is indicated in diseases of the head and neck . It is used for dry nasal passages as well as sinus congesion, common cold, cronic sinusitis, allergies and allergic rhinitis. It releaves chronic vascular headaches, migraine, epilepsy , and has a positive effect on degenerative diseases of the brain and mental retardation. Nasya also helps with eye and ear problems, such as dry itching and watery eyes, conjunctivities, glaucoma, hearing loss and tinnitus, as well as loss of the sense of smell.

Nadi Vigyan Presssure Therapy/Ayurveda Pressure Therapy differs from Neurotherapy in that Ayurvedic herbs are as well accustomed to the patient. These herbs ambition the amiss dhatus and doshas. For archetype if we accept a accommodating with Amenorrhoea, again we plan on the nadis affiliated to the uterus and ovaries.
