Hello my name is Jasmine, I plan a trip to Nepal next summer and I will spend 1 month there doing trekking.
Also I want to follow a short ayurvedic treatment of 1 or 2 weeks. Do you any ayurveda centre to recommend me?

Hi, i have read your post and I like it. I think, Nepal is the good center of the Ayurveda . but indian center like kerala is also good for Ayurveda. when I visit the nepal tour. then I can try to take the benefits of these services. which is providing to us.
