Mine gave me a body dosha and a separate mind dosha. Is it common to separate the two? When attempting to balance a dosha imbalance, would, for example, balancing a mental vata excess be different from balancing a physical vata excess?

You are right Lunaiku, this is the first time I see separate dosha type for body and mind... Would also be interested in knowing more about it.
