My sister was doing prenatal yoga when she was pregnant. She said it helped relieve her constant back problems, and simply put her in a better mood. She also took the YogaEarth before and after each practice. It helped with her balance before, and gave her energy after, leaving her feeling refreshed. I would suggest YE to pregnant women practicing prenatal yoga, but always remember to consult a health professional. Yoga can help you lose some weight, although results do vary, and also depend upon the types of yoga one does.Yoga is an exercise that stimulates and fulfills people mentally, emotionally and spiritually, as well as physically.In order to lose weight, you must eat healthily and burn calories by doing exercise that raises your heart rate on a regular basis.
