Use seasonal fruits, ideally organic: Apples, apricots, cherries, dried fruit, grapes, guava, lemons, limes, mango, peaches, pears, persimmon, pomegranate, prunes, quince, raisin, strawberries, tangerines, tamarind.
According to the Ayurveda, you should avoid/reduce high pesticide fruits like grapes and berries. Avocado, bananas, coconut, cranberries, dates, figs (dried is ok), grapefruit, melons, oranges, papaya, pineapple, plums, watermelon.
Don’t mix fruit with any other food, especially dairy products, eggs or grains.
