Kapha balancing diet

I'm supposed to be a Kapha Dosha type and I was wondering what type of food I am allowed to eat, especially regarding fruits? I know that generally I need to have warm temperature food and drink, light (not very rich), primarily bitter, pungent and astringent tastes.

Use seasonal fruits, ideally organic: Apples, apricots, cherries, dried fruit, grapes, guava, lemons, limes, mango, peaches, pears, persimmon, pomegranate, prunes, quince, raisin, strawberries, tangerines, tamarind.
According to the Ayurveda, you should avoid/reduce high pesticide fruits like grapes and berries. Avocado, bananas, coconut, cranberries, dates, figs (dried is ok), grapefruit, melons, oranges, papaya, pineapple, plums, watermelon.
Don’t mix fruit with any other food, especially dairy products, eggs or grains.

I think the following is general to any dosha types.. to be confirmed!
* Best to eat twice a day at midday and in early evening with at least a 5-6 hour gap between meals.
* Take only juice or tea for breakfast.
* Take 3-4 servings of whole grains, plus….
* 2 servings of high quality low fat, protein rich foods.
* 4-5 servings of fresh vegetables.
* 1 serving of fruit.

I have been to a lot of places looking for a lot of places for some good information on kapha balancing diet, but most of them have been contradictory to what I was told about it. I have been trying hard to attain success in the weight loss process and just want to make sure that it does go well and that's the reason that I am resorting to this.

A balanced diet would work wonders and could be said of being a good one that would indeed help us always remain in the best of health. Though, the constraints of a balanced diet would change from place to place depending on the geographic locations and the climate there but the definition and the use would remain the same.
