My tip for stress

Postby katherine » Mon Apr 27, 2009 8:48 am

I've made a mix of oils to help to release the effects of stress. I've some knowledge in aromatherapy.
This oil contains Chandan, Holy Basil and Dharu Oil. These are known for their calming, soothing and cooling properties. The preparation also contains Mustard and Citrus Oil and these help to counter dullness of the mind and alleviate headaches. The incorporation of Sesame Oil is also beneficial because this helps to regulate hormones and, as a rich source of minerals and vitamins, it is very nourishing to the body.
Try it!

It sounds like you've had an extremely tough year. My advice is to talk to a professional - you may be suffering from depression (situational based on everything you've gone through). When we are depressed it's difficult to see things in perspective, as everything has a negative tinge to it, including the future we envision for ourselves.
