Chromatherapy & ayurveda

Postby anthony » Fri Apr 03, 2009 10:32 am

According to research in the benefits of chromatherapy, color has a notable effect on one’s feeling of well being — your emotional state. Warm colors are stimulating; cool colors are calming.
Of course, it looks like a new marketing tool instead of a proper medicine but what does the ayurveda say about the influence of colors in a therapy?

Chromatherapy was invented just to sell Jacuzzi and Spa treatments, with no proven effects for the body.
Just like vinotherapy I guess... :x

Chromatherapy is the term for a branch of holistic healing that utilizes color to achieve optimal health. Its practitioners believe that colored rays have an effect on the body: when a color is seen, it can have an emotional impact - but there may be an even more powerful physical reaction. When rays shine close to the body, they penetrate it, travel through it, causing changes in cells, blood vessels, and the nervous system.

They are fairly standard in size, but there are lots of sizes available! Check the Kohler website, as you can search by size. You could also look at Pearl or Maax as other brands. Once you find the size that works, you can see if any upgraded features are available. You can get whirlpool tubs, bubble tubs, chromatherapy tubs - tons of choices! But many of these are in larger sizes only, so I would search by size first.

The therapy just helps to make the person rejuvenated and feel fresh as this would help him have better benefits. It is said that being cheerful is very essential to have a better and a younger looking skin.

I do plan with chakra's consistently and generally decision of blush is a primary adjustment of alive with them. I know that blush does affect the mind, and body. Colors such as red and chicken abet appetence which is why abounding fast aliment chains use these colors. I think it is alluring to anticipate of the accent of colors in attributes from flowers to leaves to the sky.
