International Yoga Retreats/Teacher Training...?

Postby slicegan2 » Thu Aug 26, 2010 3:10 am

I would like to go to a place where I can stay for several months and do yoga/meditate/learn healing etc. I don't care where in the world it is but it MUST be Inexpensive and Authentic. Nothing commercialized.

I am looking for a spiritual hideaway, of sorts, to heal and grow.

Molly and Meg are thrilled to come together again for a week-long vinyasa retreat at Jungle Bay in stunning Dominica, West Indies. Join them for an experience of pure bliss and adventure amidst 55 acres of lush tropical jungle. 2 Yoga classes will be offered daily. The morning flow will focus on energizing asanas and pranayama, while evening practice will focus more on relaxation. The days are yours to do as you please. An array of excursion, or a siesta in a hammock on your private balcony overlooking the jungle or ocean. Explore the rocky shore beach, swim in the volcanic rock pool, or take a stroll to the nearby White River. The sounds of the rain forest will sing you to sleep at night!
