Yoga is known to increase flexibility; yoga has postures that trigger the different joints of the body. Including those joints that are not acted upon with regular exercises routines.
Yoga also increases the lubrication of joints, ligament and tendons. The well-researched yoga positions exercise the different tendons and ligaments of the body.
Yoga offers a complete detoxification of the body. It gently stretches the muscles and joints as we;; as massaging the various organs, yoga ensures the optimum blood supply to various parts of the body.

Definitely, yoga is beneficial exercise to maintain the health. I do it regularly to keep far from the hyper tension and stress. It is helpful to increase the power of the meditation.

Yoga is very beneficial for our health it keep us healthy and fit .There are benefits of yoga.
* Parasympathetic Nervous System dominates
* Sub-cortical regions of brain dominate
* Slow dynamic and static movements
* Normalisation of muscle tone
* Low risk of injuring muscles and ligaments
* Low caloric consumption
* Effort is minimised, relaxed
* Energising (breathing is natural or controlled)
* Balanced activity of opposing muscle groups
* Non competitive, process-oriented
* Awareness is internal (focus is on breath and the infinite)
* Limitless possibilities for growth in self-awareness
Due to yoga this all thing improve in us.

Here i am sharing some of my ideas about health benefits of yoga. It is very helpful and interesting for every one. I am sure that all of you will like my ideas.

* Yoga can help reduce the effects of stress on your body.
* Daily exercises of yoga can help ease the aches and pains of the body.
* Practicing yoga can increase flexibility of the body. As you practice regularly, you will find that you are able to move better.
* Yoga will help to give you better posture. As you become more flexible, and muscles become stronger
* Yoga is often prescribed to help heal various injuries, including repetitive strain injuries, knee and back injuries, pulled hamstrings, even minor skin burns.

Yoga is an ancient path, practised for thousands of years, steeped in tradition and that most people a mysterious enigma.Yoga has also been shown to help those who have survived cancer Rest and sleep better, have more energy has more cancer survivors to be able to be less dependent on pills to help.It may also be advantageous because it focuses on breathing and get the person to relax more easily than they would before
