Mental Health

Postby iyengar yoga » Mon Jan 18, 2010 11:01 am

Our mental health is a fine balance of our past, our thoughts, and what we do with our current stressors. Yoga practice is a proven method of anxiety and stress relief, balance of the mind and emotional state, and yoga can also bring positivity into every breath.

It is very good topic to discuss about mental health. Every one can share their thoughts about it. According to me i think that Mental health is a term used to describe a level of well-being or cognitive or emotional absence of a mental health disorder.Mental can be regarded as a continuum, where the mental health of a person may have several different values possible

A yoga workout can lower stress, improve health, increase mental wellness, give one a more flexible & healthy body. It improves memory and concentration power. There is simply no other discipline like yoga.

Mental Health describes a level of cognitive or emotional well being or lack of mental health disorder.Mental can also be defined as an absence of a major mental health problems if the recent findings from positive psychology suggests that mental health is more than just the absence of a mental disorder or illness.

I know many people say this but my high intelligence, and sometimes I can hardly put a sentence together, and stop in the middle, completely forgotten about immediately. I sometimes have involuntary movements or convulsions, and can not help it, it is again, like I do other Emily.
